Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Plans are billed monthly and you can stop any time. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in a year.
What about payment fees?
Those go through your own merchant agreement. Dream POS integrates with certified payment terminals — we don't take a cut of your card sales.
Do I need the internet?
Not to sell. Cash sales work fully offline and sync when you reconnect. Card payments need connectivity, as they always do.
Can you move my data?
Yes. On Scale and during onboarding we help import your products and supplier catalogues so you're not retyping everything.
